Tasty food, fast service. I stopped by to grab lunch after an appointment nearby. I ordered the pork Bahn Mi and some bbq pork buns to take home. The bahn mi bread was soft with a good crunchy crust and the sandwich was packed with veggies. The pork was a little dry, but the hot sauce they provided was delicious.
As for the pork buns, the dough was a little chewy and not soft and pillowy. The pork was good well with good flavor and there was a good amount of meat in each bun.
I prefer Houng Lan's bahn mi, but when I don't feel like driving to Fresno, this is a tasty and cheaper alternative. Will definitely be going back to try more of their menu.
Their staff was also very friendly and polite. -

It's good don't get me wrong but the Owners are rude as fuck and the young Mexican girl that works there works really hard and is very sweet she's only one person (ppl) it was really pack and only her waiting on tables and the dick owners had nerve to yelling at her pieces of shits no respect at all I won't be giving them a fuckkng dime of my money again fuck them

We love the taro boba! Also had spring rolls with peanut sauce so good! The only bad thing I have to say is boba seems a little tough to chew on some times

Customer service: Not really a place that can handle a full house. Customer service was sub par. Everyone wants pho ima rainy day. Especially lunch time they know they are going to get a rush of people. Frankly they weren't prepared.
Food: I ordered the house pho special with extra meat. Chicken pho for my son, I didn't really like how the broth tasted this is personal preference it's just wasn't what I like. My kid loved the chicken pho I asked the waitress for the fixings for my kids plate scallions and such she never brought it out. Also ordered little spring rolls I was not impressed there wasn't a crunch to these rolls and the peanut butter sauce was runny
Drinks: ordered sour apple smoothie with boba and hot green tea. Was served the smoothie with the hot boba at the bottom once you tasted the boba wow it was hot and boiling. Not a good start for someone initially trying Vietnamese food for the first time.
Overall: I would go to this place with a regular so they can show me the ropes. You go in not knowing what to expect. Always go with a regular when you hit local spots. -

Mediocre pho place with horrible customer service. Came here two years ago and had a bad experience. I decided to come here again 2 years later and still the same shitty place. The waitress (tall light skinned bigger lady) is the worst. I don't know how she is the waitress of this place when she has no idea about what's served here. I tried asking her about a specific dish and she keeps saying that she doesn't know and to just tell her what number I want. This was the same lady two years ago that I had a bad experience with.
With the food being mediocre, the customer service made it worse. Wish I could give this place zero stars.
I will never be returning or giving this place another chance. It's sad that this place is probably the only Vietnamese food place in Madera. Even with it being the only Vietnamese place, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
